Micromax today launched a new low budget smartphone, the Micromax Canvas Spark.
it is powered by MediaTek quad core processor running Lollipop over a 4.7 inch screen for Rs. 4,999. This handset will be available exclusively on Snapdeal.com.

It is using the same hardware that powers the InFocus M2 smartphone. The Canvas Spark houses the 1.3GHz Cortex A7 MediaTek MT6582m quad core chipset with Mali 400 GPU

In an interview with BGR India , Micromax’s co-founder Rahul Sharma spilled some beans on the future plans of the company’s sub-brand, YU. As per the report, after receiving an over-whelming response for the YU Yureka, the brand is now working on its second device. The upcoming YU phone is being developed under the codename “ Project Caesar” , and will be launched in the country next month.
