Micromax will soon launch their first octa
core handset in India. It will be the
Micromax Canvas Knight A350 as revealed
by
MMXnewscaster . In fact this handset has
already been announced in Russia. It has
been a week since MMX has entered the
Russian Market. Just a few days back
Micromax A200 got listed on their official
website.
A Russian blog has put up some images and
specifications of the Micromax A350 Canvas
Knight as pointed out by fonearena. The
A350 sports a 5 inch IPS touch screen with
1920×1080 pixels resolution. It is powered
by 2GHz 1.7GHz octa core processor
probably MediaTek, running Android 4.2
with 2GB RAM and internal storage of 32GB.
The dual SIM Micromax A350 Canvas Knight
is 7.3mm thick and comes with 16MP rear
AF camera with LED flash and 5MP front
camera. Full HD 1080p video recording and
playback is supported. Other features are
3G (HSPA+), Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi (b/g/
n). Battery is 2350 mAh capacity.

We have an another image of this
phone in Black color too. Just carefully see
the pic of this phone and for a moment
you will notice that the phone looks
similar to iPhone, not exactly but it do
resemble that way.

The phone comes with a 5 inch Full HD
IPS display and is 7.3mm thick. The above
image shows the SIM card clot on both the
extreme sides so we assume that it is a
Dual SIM smartphone plus there may be a
chance that the back cover may be non
removable.
The phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
OS. Previously it was assumed that the
phone will be launched with kitkat OS. As
they have entered in Russia they will
surely provide Android updates to every
phone they launch in that country.
The phone is powered with a 2.0GHz Octa
core processor with 2GB RAM. With this
kind of specification you can expect a
blazing fast processor speed and less
chance of phone hang/lag. Antutu
benchmark of this phone is also better
(higher) than other phones like Galaxy S4,
etc.
With Full HD display and octa core
processor it was expected that Micromax
will provide a good battery with battery
capacity at least 3000mAh but this phone
comes with a battery of just 2350mAh.
Although officially they haven’t stated the
exact talktime and standby time but with
normal usage the phone may provide a
good backup.
The phone comes with a rear camera of
16MP and a front of 5MP and both the
camera has the capability of recording at
HD. The phone has a Single LED flash and
the camera placement also looks nice.
The phones comes with connectivity
options which are available in other
canvas models too.
